Each exhibitor will have a separate space/stand on which to display individually. Individual stands will be situated in a manner that best complements the room, but as conveniently as possible within the overall display. For instance, we hope to have a cake-table display close to a top table display and the cake exhibitors will have individual stands relatively close to this; sufficient space will be provided for bride wear and grooms’ wear catwalk shows but space for the tailor’s and dressmaker’s full displays may be in a separate room, etc, etc.
This level of coordination requires pre-planning to make the day successful. Therefore, we will correspond with individual exhibitors in advance of the event to agree how much they wish to be involved in the overall display.
Exhibitors will be able to enter the building from 9am and are respectfully requested to have their exhibits set up by 10:30am in case of early arrivals. Exhibits should remain in situ until 4pm to allow for couples arriving relatively late on the day.
Please remember to bring power leads and all other sundry items required to dress your stand. Note: Table Covers will be provided.

Receipts for exhibitor payments are emailed out within 24 hours of payments being received.
